I was wondering if anyone here might have dealership tech insight into what this feature-code actually means and what would have been modified for a new purchase. Would a raised chassis be a different spring? I imagine it was something quick that the dealership could modify for client request? Thanks for whatever information you can provide.

Coverage and how to read this overview
Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.
5 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

No definite answer but the lift (that is what 'raised chassis' tries to convey...) was probably done using thicker spring pads front and rear and longer aux springs ('bump stops'). This was done at the factory not dealer installed. If you check the parts catalogue for M032 you will find which parts are specific to that option and thus how the lift was achieved.
Isn't 032 just the code for the "Touring" suspension that is stock on North America spec'd vehicles? 030 is the "Standard" ROW suspension; 032 is "raised".
Correct, M032 is touring suspension but M030 sports suspension, including lowering is optional, also in RoW.

great suggestion , I had not thought to search Katalog by feature code! This will be helpful for this and many questions I might have in the future someday. Thanks!
