I gotta say, the 997 is a serious piece. Just brought one back from the dealership on demo, love it. Not comparing the feel to my 996 or 993. The car as a whole feels great. Acceleration feels great, she pushes all the way to red. Braking, the same, awesome. The steering even feels as though they added something, much tighter with a better sense of the road. And the interior, come on, whoever doesn't like the interior, your buggin. It is so nice, everything is layed out real proper. There is a little of guessing when it comes to the stereo, so I didn't even turn it on. There is a slight rattle or loud resonance when you are sitting still coming from the exhaust. Sort of that "sounds like something is loose inside" sound...but only when sitting still. As soon as you move at all, its gone,quite like crazy...does anyone have any idea about the sound?
