Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

16 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

POST 1 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

I need to call them and see if they do installs at their location in AZ, only about a 8 hour drive from my house. Can't wait!

POST 5 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

How long did it take? Are you happy with it? and any idea on cost? I was planning on around $12,000 for the SC/install/ and travel

POST 6Original post

call them up...... i think the average price is going to be around $10K for the SC and $2K in install......

POST 7Original post

An acquaintance of mine had it done there in AZ....and I think he told me that he got a motel for four or five days while they did the install. It's not a one-two day deal. It's pretty dogone involved.

POST 8Original post

Look at their website www.evoms.com . I believe they estimate somewhere between 28 to 30 manhours. Keep us informed on the progress. Eager to hear your experienes and of course final outcome. I have thought about the SC myself but car is still under warranty. Good luck.

POST 9 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

probably drive the car down, fly home. Fly back and drive her home. Utah blows... I can't find any speed shops around her for the P car or the Vette...

POST 10Original post

utah997, There was a group buys a few weeks ago. It was offered to 6speedonline's members for 996 & 997. You can get on the list and buy it for around $8K+. Tell them that you are from 6speedonline.

POST 11Original post

You will love it. A buddy of mine has it on his car and it is fast as sh*t.

POST 12Original post

Superfly: How in the heck can you get on the Speed6 forum access list? I've tried emailing the administrator several times but all I get is an error message that my email address has been "banned". What is it with those folks anyway? They just don't seem to give a damn about new folks? I've never seen such indifference to potential new members.

POST 13Original post

6speed is growing really fast!!! They need to upgrade theor system or something!

POST 14Original post

It takes a long time to get authorized - it took me 3 or 4l months. I was begining to think it was personal but it is normal O.P.

POST 15 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

That's what I'm counting on. I seem to FI all my cars. I always promise myself I won't (that lasts about as long as it takes me to find the closest speed shop) I put a TT system on my '00 vette last year, just too much fun... Can't wait to see how the P car does with a 100hp kick in the pants..
