I bought a hardtop on ebay, and need to change the color of the interior, the guy thought it was black, when I got there it was met blue...oh well it was a great price. Anyway, the panel in the back window pops out, so I've taken it out, and am considering dying it black...BUT was wondering if you can just order that panel in black. So I'd need the part number for it...then I guess I can call porsche to the get the hair-raising price. TIA

Coverage and how to read this overview
Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.
3 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

What panel pops out. I can't see any pop out panel in my cab.
That fabric covered shelf in the back window of the hardtop is actually just a covered piece of plastic that pops out...so if you scuff it or scratch it, you can take it out and re-surface/finish it (in my case - dye it)
