Coverage and how to read this overview
Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.
3 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

I assume you are reporting a carfax report. Why not take these records and compare them to the actualy service tickets. Take the VIN number to the dealer and have them pull the records for you. Suspension service can mean anything.
carfax is the low-cost first line of defense. just to check if it's worh proceed with PPI. i told my friend bob's 3-engine story and he's very sensitive now.
