Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

2 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

POST 1 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

Does Porsche plan to introduce Sequential Manual Gearbox which is similar to F1 style from Ferrari or SMG from BMW? Now even Toyota has SMT on its MR2? <img src="confused.gif" border="0">

POST 2Original post

I hope not, I've driven Ferrari's F1 equipped 360 Modena, wasn't that impressed with the gearchange. The SMG is much better but then I was more comfortable with the F1 paddles as they are fixed and do not move with the steering wheel like the SMG. I hope when they do interduce a system that it'll be much better then what's out there right now...
