Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

2 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

POST 1 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

I'm troubleshooting a fuel gauge issue here on my '02 C2. The gauge usually reads full (or about 3/4 full, depending on its mood), and doesn't budge. I figure if I connect the Durametric and read the actual value from the instrument cluster (for the fuel level), it should give me a good indication of whether or not the problem lies with gauge or level sensor. Unfortunately, the actual values are not displaying for any of the cluster components (they all read zero). Does this work for anyone else? (Software version 6). The actual values for engine sensors are working fine. Thanks,
