Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

POST 1 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

I have a 2002 C2. I have the ABS and PSM warnings that stay on all the time. I searched for diagnostic codes and got a code 4440 (steering angle sensor). I had a scanner hooked up to measure the steering angle and it showed -720 deg and did not change when the steering wheel was rotated. The car drives fine, the steering wheel appears centered and the wheel turns the same amount in either direction from center to lock. Hoping for any possible ideas for this other than a faulty steering angle sensor and if it is there any guidance on the procedure for changing it. The factory manual does not mention the steering angle sensor in the steering section of the manual. Is there anyplace else to look? Thanks Mark
