After solving last week�s issue with the side skirts, this weekend presented an issue with the bumper and lip. When I try to install the GT3 lip, it does not align with the mounting holes. The bumper is an OEM aerokit bumper and the GT3 lip was bought from FVD Brombacher. As you can see in the pictures, the inner mounting holes line up but don�t at the ends. The outermost holes are nowhere close and the next two are a stretch to get the clips in. Is there an issue here? Do I need to drill holes to make the lip mount?

I�d take a heat gun and slowly see if you can bend it to reach.

Weird, my EOM 996.2 aerokit bumper and FVD GT3 Cup lip fit perfectly.

I had same issue with fitment mine wouldn’t budge enough with a heat gun just drilled new mounting holes

OP - Leave it unmolested. Contact Rhonda and see if FVD can swap it. Send her that picture. There shouldn’t be variance like that.

Unfortunately there’s plenty of lax in production these days quality checks are not part of the process anymore
