Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

2 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

0 evidence records excluded for query context · 0 excluded by outcome qualification · 0 adjusted by outcome qualification.

0 acknowledgements have no verified action link; they do not establish a repair result.

POST 1 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

I was driving down Ventura Blvd this evening when I passed a gorgeous Blk/Blk 996 Cab with great looking after market rims (if you are on this forum, your car is absolutely beautiful). He was on a side street, about to make a right turn, when I passed him. I gave him a thumbs-up as I drove by. He then turned right and flashed me with his high beams before making a quick left and driving away. This brief exchange put a smile on my face all the way home. The comradery between Porsche owners (some of them) is great! Craig (L.A.)

POST 2Original post

That's so true Craig, I had the same experiance some time ago with the owner of a 964 carrera It certainly feels that you are part of a brotherhood/sisterhood of owners and enthusiasts and it's such a great feeling <img src="graemlins/jumper.gif" border="0" alt="[jumper]" />
