I'd like to take a minute and review with the group about my latest dealings with Eric at Bumperplugs.com. I'd done business with him a couple of times in the past (bumper plugs, driver's door lock cover and painted bumperettes), so upon installing a new rear wing on my 996.1 cab which came with it's own third brake light I needed to locate the piece that covers up the hole for the original brake light. I reached out to Eric and ordered one. It was supposed to be delivered in about three weeks. After about four weeks I reached out to Eric and he told me it had been delivered over a week ago. Maybe so, but I never saw it. It was at this time Eric basically took over the entire process, reaching out to my local post office, talking the manager into looking at their GPS log to see where the package was actually delivered (didn't even know that was possible!). Unfortunately, the package was never found. Eric personally handled sourcing a replacement, painting it, and reshipping the new part. All during the reshipping, Eric was updating me daily with the shipping timeline.All of this for one brake light cover! So when you need something that Bumperplugs.com carries, purchase with confidence as they will take very good care of you! Thanks, Eric!
