My wife's former employer deducted 4 times the 2015 maximum contribution of $2,550 for a FSA account. Any balance remaining at year end is forfeited. Seems the company was negligent, anyone know how we can recover the remaining balance?

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

I would post this over on the OT forum and contact a labor lawyer.
I hate when people do this. Sorry guys, I was in OT forum at some point. I'm so furious with this co. I can't see straight!
I would be furious too with that much money at stake!
The employer has the ability to forward monies to the next year. In NYS its only 500.00 not sure where you live. You could also try and round up recipts and do a written withdrawal. You woukd need those recipts that apply to FSA. Not sure on the dealine for that. Also the money goes back to the employer FYI, something could be figured out if they try. Again NYS. Good luck
