Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

6 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

0 acknowledgements have no verified action link; they do not establish a repair result.

I bent mine up pretty good on my throttle cable '99. (Don't ask how I did it.....) Any chance that someone here might have one that they are willing to part with? Not sure that it matters but I believe the part number is 996 110 223 52.

PM Sent I was trying to do some shared learning with my son and I wasnt paying total attention to the fact that the bracket was starting to flex and bend while I was trying to loosen the nut. Apparently the nut was previously put on too tight. I shouldve caught it and stopped before I went too far. Doh.

I just went to look and I don't have one. Good luck!

If you cant get a hold of one, it looks like a pretty simple fab job go for it!
