Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

Not sure if I'm allowed to say this, but my brother solely buys from FCP and said you can send in your existing part (has to be a part bought from FCP) and get a new one. So essentially you are paying for a part only once. I do think there is a grace period, maybe a year or a few thousand miles??? Would be interested to hear if anyone has had the same exp.

You can literally send your used oil back to them and they will warranty it...not that I think it's right to do that but... Their warranty is absolutely fantastic. It really is a "buy once" thing.

It's a lifetime warranty. So yes, any part you buy from them you can buy a new one, return your old one and get a full refund on what the part originally cost. For something like brakes, even on a track car, it's a great system.
That was a good video. A bit of a missed opportunity that they did not mention anything about the Millenium Edition as well as the 40AE car, which they had sitting there. Their lifetime warranty is awesome especially for some parts that have a tendency to sometimes sooner than one might think or expect - I'm looking at you oil pressure sensor!
Funny that you did not recieve the 996.1 gt3 in the us. I also believe that the turbo was already available in 2001, can you say its a .2 then? Nice vid btw!

I Can confirm this.

The 2001 Turbo was the "launch edition" of the 996.2 - so, yes, it's a 996.2.
Nice video !! I noticed their featured car has the UAOS installed !!!
There is an online text version with far more detail here --> https://blog.fcpeuro.com/porsche-996-911-buyers-guide The most obvious error I found is that there are only Range 1 and Range 2 overrev counters, not 6 ranges like 997's.
Wow I had no idea FCP had a media arm. So that's what $175 expedited 2-day shipping gets ya.
FCP also bought the rights to Lime Rock Park, which is where the photos in the online article were shot. I assume the video was shot there, too. I haven't had a chance to watch it yet.

I can verify the video was done at Lime Rock too. I would know, I was there (thats my 40th AE). Great group of people all super passionate about cars.
Their DIY vids are really great. You Tube

That's awesome, I was wondering whose cars they gathered for the pictures and video. <<--- That picture is at Lime Rock in the lefthander courtesey of hbdunn.
Pretty good video. Agree with a few of the points above in terms of missed opportunities. Did see a glaring model error towards the beginning....996.2 included a 'Targa 4'. That wasn't available until 997. Someone should have caught that during editing.
Just be happy that there are companies out there that are still concerned about a 20+ year old car I don’t buy enough from them but that will change

Agreed, used them to change my front brake disks and pads and will most likely do so again when updating the engine mounts, water pump and spark plugs this spring.
