Johnny, I was just in contact with the dealer where I purchased my '01 and they don't have a clue. I often go in there with a question only to find I have more data than they do on specifics of models. I think the deal with this car is that it will have all same available options of the MY2002 cars, and like the previous 4S most of the attributes of the Turbo minus the turbos and the wing. Though I did see a "spy" photo and that car had the wing. The dealer told me that the soonest the C4S would be out is late October, early November. I'm sure you could put down a deposit at your favorite dealership and decide when they have the data and specifics with no risk of losing your money.

Expect production to start in six months and cost to be $3,000 to $5,000 over normal C4. Targas start arriving in January, very limited supply.
