Here are some pics of my simple fix for a broken side cover to the 996 sport seats. I am assuming I am not the only one with this issue, especially when someone is sitting in the back and gets out with no regard for your car lol Anyways I was going to purchase new cover that was like 140.00 but thought i would try something before I went that route. So I removed the broken pieces from the seat and with the use of a little metal and some plastic epoxy here you go. FYI metal was only for support to avoid future breaks and the epoxy is clear so you cant even tall after re installation. Here is finished product. This is my first DIY so will be sure to get more pics and documentation for future ones flexible metal for support after epoxy was applied on both sides finished product with epoxy i used

Coverage and how to read this overview
Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.
