Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

7 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

POST 1 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

I'm in the process of recovering my leather seats in my 2003 Targa. Looked at some old posts on our web site with recommendations for leather seats. So I started investigations and found that some of the businesses are no longer viable, but still advertising and even Ebay will not take them of the website when customers don't get equipment and complaints don't get answers. Basically lose your money. One example It appears that there have been numerous people sending orders, asking for information, and come to find out they are no longer in their offices and or sending stuff out, but still taking money and orders through EBAY. Question; under the current situation and to protect our fellow Porsche members can we set up a heading where these can be listed

POST 3Original post

What is your basis for calling this a non viable business? Did you order product and not get it, or what you have read from some internet page? Did you contact the company?

POST 4Original post

When in doubt, for anything on eBay, pay via PayPal. When it comes to any dispute they always side with the buyer and are very good refunding money. I speak from experience, but not with this seller.

POST 5 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

I tried to call and they did not call back, they did not answer emails. So I went on the web and started to read and they have had bad revues since end of last year, one person went by there address and no body there. I'm just looking for a good leather package for my 2003 Targa and one of the post, all be it an old post gave them as a supplier. I'm trying to make sure that fellow forum members don't get caught out, at this time I'm sure there are a lot of small business that will not make, its a shame!

POST 6Original post

I got my covers from them in March....before the virus madness. Maybe they are just closed for now.

POST 7 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

I would like to support small businesses all they have to do is communicate their situation!
