Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

19 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

Porsche 996 carrera vs 997 carrera 4s race in highway top speed - YouTube

POST 4Original post

well that was entertaining. oh wait...no it wasn't

POST 7Original post

When the cars in a "race" video are in the 300HP range, it helps to watch the video at 2x speed. When one or more of the cars is a Neon, go with 4x. You do have to give the cameraman credit - he kept on filming despite the seizure he was evidently suffering from.

Ahhh, knew i was forgetting something Thanks 5CHNELL!

POST 10Original post

For future reference: If the action from 1:25 to 1:28 of your death-defying Super Speeders tribute video consists of nothing more than "passed a Vanagon," your video should not be uploaded to YouTube. Very fast! Such speed! Much race!

POST 11Original post

Insane! Wonder where they keep their phones? Oh, I get it now

POST 12Original post

this one is more exciting and has much better driving Porsche 991 Carrera 3.4 chasing 996 GT2 at the Nürburgring - YouTube

POST 13Original post

^just a bad driver vs mediocre driver, nothing new there. See it all the time.

POST 14Original post

I'm sure I'd be in the "bad to mediocre" category my first time on the Nurburgring too but I'd love to give it a try some day!

Definitely Do it, just NOT in YOUR car or if you Do make sure to get OUT of everybody else's way

POST 16Original post

Definitely wouldn't be like the *** in the GT2. Whenever someone comes up on my rear bumper it's obvious he's faster than me so it's time for a let by and then try to learn how to go faster This is me trying to keep up with a GT3 at Pacific Raceway: Playing with GT3's at Pacific Raceway Oct 2014 - YouTube

POST 17Original post

I have now and boy am I glad. Couldn't help but notice the drivers lovely sweater during the incredible display of digital video at its finest.

POST 18Original post

The whole "following/driving quickly in tandem with another 911" thing? I suspect many of us here have done something similar at least once. Gotta keep the "safety first" mantra in your head and resist the urge. This is what DE are for.

Lapping the nurburgring with the Hamburglar in the passenger seat is epic.
