Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

Hi everyone, Hope you're having a good week! Around Thanksgiving, I will be moving from the Chicago burbs to the Nashville area for a new job. Most likely will be around Murfreesboro. Will be nice to have milder winter and I am sure there are plenty of nice roads for the 996 to entertain itself Anyone here live in the area? Also, any shops that come recommended? Hopefully there is a decent PCA presence there as well.....not quite sure.

I was in Nashville this past June, after the parade in French Lick, IN. Had a great time. Make sure you go to Jack Daniels for the tasting tour, and drive the Natchez Trace Parkway from Pasquo to Gordonsburg, TN, or go even further. Congrats on your new job and move!

Thanks guys! Yea, not a big fan of country music but its ok Beautiful state though and even though its pretty cold in winter, no comparison to Chicago Car is at my Indy today getting an oil change, trans fluid, and also a factory weighted shift **** put on. Trying to take care of most of my maintenance. In addition, treating my car to a buffing/detail at LUSTR in Schaumburg in 2 weeks. Looking forward to seeing their work )

Ivan ROCKS! Just picked my car up last week. OptiCoat Pro. He's been doing my cars for several years now. Top shelf. You'll be very pleased.

I have a very good friend in Murfreesboro. PM me if you want his number, he could probably answer some questions you have.

There's plenty of other music as well, we were there a month or so ago and Sublime was playing at their outdoor amphitheater and Def Leppard at the other large venue in town on the same night. Once you move, be sure to check out Lane Motor Museum, it's a fantastic place for a car guy, huge emphasis on postwar up to modern european and some japanese, not many american cars. Great place (and town).

POST 9Original post

was just there last month, go south from Nashville on the freeway for 15 minutes and turn on any road. beautiful country. very cool. they talk funny down thar-

POST 10Original post

I retired from the music biz in Nashville, and I loved living there. It's still a great town, but is experiencing some growing pains. It has become a little traffical in the last couple years. Once you know your way around, it's easy. You'll learn the cut-throughs, shortcuts and which areas to avoid at certain times of the day. I moved about an hour south, but am still up there just about weekly. Nashville is not all boots and hats- at all. You'll love it! Good luck with your move and new job.

Thank you for the kind words....where do you service the 996 there? I have a Challenger as well so will fit in haha Will actually be in the Murfreesboro area, so about 30 miles give or take from Nashville.

POST 12Original post

Nothing wrong with a place that has music & BBQ.

POST 13Original post

Good university for continuing ed, if desired.

POST 14Original post

north of nashville resident country music is actually not representative of all of Nashville, surprising as it sounds.
