Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

5 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

POST 1 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

I'm thinking of an exhaust upgrade for my 996, something a little louder than stock, but not too loud. My stock setup seems to have some sort of a drone / vibration at 4000 rpm, so I suspect that it's on its way out and I'm thinking that it would be a good excuse to replace. I'm open to ideas. I'm in San Diego, if anyone in the So Cal area with an aftermarket exhaust is up for a meetup, let me know.

Check out the marketplace. My Fabspeed maxflo are available.

POST 4Original post

Highly recommend taking a look at our 200cel HJS catted X-pipe, or side muffler bypass pipes! Both will give you a great increase in sound, as well as HP. All without causing too much drone. You Tube

POST 5Original post

When my cats failed on my 03 4s I went with Fabspeed's Sports Cats and the sound is glorious.
