Finally decided I want to add a 996tt to my collection. I am in Florida. Car must be in good to excellent condition, must be manual, coupe, reasonably priced and have a history of work performed by a qualified mechanic. I am willing to buy new tires, but otherwise mechanical work must be up to date. No CARFAX problems, no wreck/salvage/flood. Exterior color must not be black (it will get red hot when parked outside my office in the Florida sun) or bright unusual color which will attract the HP, and I do not like black wheels- no offense to anyone, please. I am very patient. Would appreciate any advice or info from listers.....may need to find someone to do PPI. Is NADA of any value or just for bargaining? It is certainly entertaining to check Autotrader and Ebay every day- there are some very unusual cars- like the time capsule 2001 with 732 miles.
