Anyone that has sat/drove in both have an opinion on the comfort level of the 996 vs the 997 seats? I have a 997 but am selling it and have bought a 996. I have the 997 buckets currently, bought new with only 3k miles on them. The 996 seats integrate better into the 996 (duh) and the 997 seats are extra weight because of the airbag that can’t be hooked into the 996 system. Im wondering if the 997 seats are so much more comfortable than the 996 gt3 seats that I should keep them and deal with the slight incompatibilities and extra weight Does a comparable non Porsche seat exist? I really like that lovely chrest thought. Thanks!
