Coverage and how to read this overview
Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.
12 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

I don't get to keep it. I leave my number with LN (smartly calling the right place) and get a call back from Jake who goes into his Trump like sales pitch about how awesome and wonderful the bearing is and how he has never seen any failures and that the person putting it in must have done something wrong and that they need to see the old bearing because they don't want any bad ones floating around so someone can't study the issue and come up with any other answers, and amidst all of this threatening to pull the shops "certification" (whatever that is)... My shop, for fear of the Raby, complied and sent the bearing in, and all I was left with was that wet dream feeling of having the pure pleasure of talking with Raby, even if the talk was him yelling at me about how dumb my shop was, how great he was, and how only he had all the answers.
Yeah, that's not how this thread rolls.
