Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

2 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

POST 1 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

I've searched but couldn't find the answer. When i try to install a Momo steering wheel hub 7004, it doesn't seem to slide into the spline all the way. Looks like the hole on the hub has to be slightly enlarged to be able to have the hub sit flush. Does anyone have any insight on this? I've attached an image that shows the side of the hub and how the tab doesn't insert where it is supposed to go. 1liL2P7.jpg

Guess everyone's trying to fix things rather than mod their 996 lol. So there is actually a bolt at the bottom of the steering spindle that you can loosen and move the spindle closer to the hub adapter. Easy peasy
