Have any of you ordered from this company before? I have.. and I am pissed.. beyond pissed. I ordered (2) sets of spacers, a 15mm for the rear of my car and a 7mm for the front. I ordered these through my performance shop back in JANUARY so I'd have them for this spring/summer. I got the 15mm right away. Great product, perfect fitment. but the 7mm... WTF..... I STILL haven't received them. Apparently they claim their tooling went down, then they were on a 3 week holiday, and then they were supposed to be shipped 3 weeks ago.. still haven't arrived. They won't even return the shops phone calls anymore. You'd think selling the low hanging fruit item that wheel spacers are would be a good indication how they handle the rest of their business.. Why would it take 6 months to make wheel spacers? that have already been paid for??? I'll never order another thing from this company.. worst service ever.

See if you can still dispute the charge with your bank or CC provider. If they're really struggling, they'll notice even the smallest chargeback. It won't help you get the spacers any sooner, but hopefully you won't be out the money and you'll send a message.
Sad to see this posting... I have used RSS parts in my car and love them, never an issue, always picked up my calls and emails and even got back to me with Tech questions in a timely manner... Spare/replacement parts were ordered and shipped as promised... Sad to hear you are having this ongoing problem... Hope it gets resolved!
