Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

7 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

POST 1 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

Good morning everyone, I just purchased a 996 Cab locally from a private seller. Really enjoying this car so far. I sold my 03 986 Boxster on Sunday (was my 3rd 986) I also owned an 01 996 Cab about 8 years back but it was a beater with an engine knock and 140k - ended up blowing that car up. Im happy to have one that has lower mileage (70k) and a stack of maintenance records from the prior owner of 13 years. Im excited to meet some locals now that I feel I have a Porsche worthy of showing 🤣 I already purchased OE smoked side markers which compliment the litronics nicely. Next step, Im thinking of adding in the Fister exhaust. Looking forward to this new journey and support on these cars with you all. Below is my late uncle who always had 930s, 964s and 996 models. Hes the guy I owe my obsession to! with you all.
