'03 Targa clean and straight, 82K, manual, silver on black, Bilstein coil overs, obviously tracked (rubber bits in fender well). Engine, hole in case (clutch side) from a timing chain component. The owner is asking 10k, I'm of the opinion his asking price is on the high end. Thank you.

Coverage and how to read this overview
Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.
7 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

Ask Cuda what that hole in the case will cost to fix. What you have there is a roller and I haven't seen any roller go for $10k recently...
Past recommendations of this nature have been in the $5 to 7k depending on condition of the rest of the car.
Based on your description, the only downside is the engine What is the condition of the interior Tires and rims These are factors to be considered, and I agree, I have not seen an available roller for $10K recently
Thanks for the quick replies. I agree 100%. The rest of the car is in good condition.

Ha, yeah. If you hunt around, you should be able to get a new motor in it for 10-15K total. Jake may be interested in buying the blown motor from this car. 6K to 7K or so for that car as-is, IMHO.
