I've already tried Bilstein tech support, and they're trying, but not a lot of hope there. I bought a used PSS9 kit on this forum. Looks like it was missing some parts. Is it correct that there should be in the front some kind of guide/adapter that goes underneath the bottom plate of the top mount? And that on the rear there should be an isolator on top of the top spring, not just underneath the bottom spring? If so, does anybody know the part number for those parts.

Coverage and how to read this overview
Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

Bilstein got back to me and figured some things out: my front stuts are actually the PSS9 for a Boxster, so they don't have the adapter. The rears don't have the rubber isolator because it's an older set and they didn't used to have that part. I'm going to cut a rubber isolator from a piece of 1/16" rubber sheet.
