Coverage and how to read this overview
Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.
9 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

You ever find out how? I'm about to attempt this as well. I also want to figure out how to remove the airbag in the side bolster, as I'm putting newer 987 seats in my 996.

Many thanks... been searching a bit and just came up with that one myself and was coming back here to post... you beat me to it! Here is another with larger pics, not as much detail: https://rennlist.com/forums/993-foru...-assembly.html
PERFECT! Thanks a ton!
Tim, Are you planning on painting them yourself or sending them out somewhere?
A friend of mine is a good painter and we will do them in my garage. Will do the center console at that time as well. All Body color.
I need to move to your neighborhood. LOL. Please document/post pics of the whole process if you can.
Will do. There is always a project going on around here. Helps to have a lift
