Coverage and how to read this overview
Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.
6 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

Someone really wanted that car. Something is worth what someone is willing to pay so I guess we found out its value. As a side note I just started to re-watch entourage and theres 996.1 and 996.2 coupes and cabs in tons of scenes. 2004 was such a simpler time... everyone actually called each other. Its neat to see these cars in such a tv show when they were contemporary.
15k miles? We are getting to the point and age with these cars that low mileage is becoming increasing more and more rare and difficult to find. Its not just a Porsche thing. Anything on EBay that is the most rare example of almost any item is priced as if its one of a kind. The buyer could have saved a few bucks and bought this instead: https://www.ebay.com/itm/264408652203
I've been following the trends on BaT too. I noticed a lot more auctions ending in quite a bit higher prices than I would have expected.
Did anyone see Cars and Bids? Site started by Doug DeMuro to compete with BaT. One of the first 3 cars up is a 996 4S, currently sitting at $27k with two days left. I am curious what this site will do to BaT and pricing.

Yeah, I checked out Cars & Bids after watching Doug DeMuro's youtube video about his E63 AMG Wagon and that he was selling it.
