Quick question. My memory seat buttons can not be programmed. Same with the key memory. I searched through the forums and someone suggested removing the cover where the buttons are on the door sill and look for a loose clip. I just want to confirm, do you just pull up on the plastic molding to remove the entire cover? I started to do this on either end and they started to pop up but i was worried about breaking the plastic molding. Just simply pull up on both ends? There are no screws or clips that I can see.

Coverage and how to read this overview
Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

Thanks for the link but it didn't have what I was looking for. I'm referring to the door sill where the frunk and rear engine release are located.
