Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

14 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

All new bits in front/ what's the cost for aligned front or do all 4 corners?

POST 2Original post

A good shop that knows what they are doing and has the proper computerized set-up charges rough guess $275-$350 Local shop in Seattle that does excellent work is Truline Frame

This is about right....

I guess it depends on where in the midwest you are located. I had my 2005 996 C4S aligned immediately after I bought it for $70.00 complete with cpu equipment including print-out. "Four corners", I assume mean all four wheel locations as there are adjustments on "all four corners" rather than just front. My alignment was for all four corners.

+996. LOCATION drives how much you will pay so I would start by calling shops near you.

POST 7Original post

Roadblock: My apologies. I answered before I ready your "about me". My alignment price still stands as accurate!

POST 8Original post

Kromdom: Couldn't agree more. My guess is Nebraska is cheaper than Seattle or SoCal! About the only good reason to live here.

POST 9Original post

MN costs would be the same as other suggested....$275. I think $70 is a major anomaly.

POST 10Original post

$100 is about normal for a normal street alignment A race alignment, $200+ Firestone does a lifetime alignment for $200 retail and you can usually find discount coupons. You can have it aligned as many times as you want as long as you own the car
