My 2004 Turbo is not an X50 package car. I want to know what is the best way to upgrade the intercoolers and turbos. Is there a company that sells a kit? Guide me in the right direction. Thanks

Coverage and how to read this overview
Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

Buy a x50?

Ya know, sending a noob to the Turbo forum to ask about doing some serious engine mods to the car is a lot like feeding a lamb to the wolves. Oh, he'll get a really warm reception over there when he rolls that question out. Just sayin' (that there are some real ****** over there - a lot of great guys, but a couple of real ******).
a 996tt is a 996, right? lol OP, you'll need to address how much power you want to make, money to spend, driving characteristcs, stock engine or built, etc etc...sky's the limit, but doesn't mean its everything.. Cheers,
Thanks for the responses guys. Maybe a moderator can move this thread to the 996 Turbo forum. Sorry, n00b mistake!
Well, you'll die of old age before a mod moves this thread, so probably best to just go start a new one over there. It should be interesting.
Haha, Entertaining. Being fed to the wolves. Stay tuned!
