Coverage and how to read this overview
Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

A second for Tony Callas. I thought he was in Torrance?

Maybe I'm thinking of Inglewood Blvd. in Torrance. I think his shop is first rate. And that usually does cost more. At a tech session he told us how much it costs each month to keep the shop open (taxes (lots of them), tools, saleries, etc., etc.

If you have a shop you know and have a good history with, the $175 tow fee is worth it. They know the car already...and they know you. Take it to them.
I've never been to Lucent, but they seem highly recommended in your area. His shop seems busy, so you should call first. Tony Callas is in Torrance on Hawthorne Blvd. Lead time will likely be 2 weeks if not longer. Definitely call before you send your car over here.
Lucent is not the same anymore. And, their service area is too small so they end up taking about 2 hours to move cars around.
