Noticed it too, the a large quantity of it building up in the Norsk forum for weeks; seemed to have just recently been cleaned out. Many forums are getting hit by this, the early stages attempt to generate a reputation that then leads to a flood to knock out the board.

Yes, Spammers always seem to hit when I'm busy with work, or spending time with my family. We have a new moderator (DBJoe996) to help out, and we now have a spammer ban hammer. So hopefully we can get rid of spam quicker now. A few weeks a ago I was deleting spam and after I deleted one message 3 more would pop up from the same account.

Yes I saw all the Spam ans was looking for way to flag the threads so someone would see them and wipe them...I couldn't find a way to flag it ? I guess I should have just PM'd you...lol

I recall there was a thread for an upgraded oil filler tube that is now gone. Could it have been deleted in the purge? The thread title did have some suggestive words -- "special deal for rennlist members" or something like that.

So we are sure this was only spam witch is just a nuisance and just delieting would be fine, or could it have been a phishing campaing, didn't click on any of these but there could have been links to nefarious websites embedded in these posts, did anyone look into that?
