Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

5 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

0 acknowledgements have no verified action link; they do not establish a repair result.

POST 1 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

New 2000 cab owner trying to put a front license plate on but can't identify what this is. Been through the manual twice, looked through pages of records and searched online but still no idea. If I mount the front plate it'll block this unknown item, any ideas.

POST 3Original post

yes thats some kind of remote radar detector, should be some lights in the car, and maybe trace wires and find a control box with a name

POST 5Original post

It's a K40 laser diffuser. I have the same one. It detects Infiniti's very well. On a positive note, you have an easily accessible source of switched power in your frunk.

This is a source reference. Confirm exact model applicability in the original material.
