Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

Almost seems like the Southern Car Connection dealership turned it over to Euro Classica to auction on BaT and made a bit more money than they were asking. That ad on their website is probably older than the BaT auction. Have you called to see if it's available?
One idea -- if it says “sold” -- the transaction always could not have completed offline. Maybe BaT never got involved in a buyer or seller backing out post auction close. Or it could be getting bounced between dealers or something, but it’s an odd car to trade bt dealers, esp small fry independent dealers like this. Or it could be an old ad and the mileage, well, idk.
no havent called, I was just going to drive over there because its close
After a second look I think you may be right the last listing on the free carfax on the carfax add is prior to the sale on bring a trailer, seems like carfax should have taken down their add by now tho, looks like someone could have snapped it up for 3k less then it went for on bring a trailer but who knows if either price was a good deal
Would need to be registered in NJ for it to be listed on CarFax, no?

No. This is a regular part of BaT's Bad Business. Cars "Now offered in____" may or may not be located in the listed place. It is more likely that BaT is just using the registered address of the seller, who is more often than not, not the owner of the car.
Videos in the BAT listing are in NJ. Dealer in NC listed it in May so doubtful they would have it now. NJ dealer bought it cleaned it up and made a few grand.

Called the guy in NC yesterday, verified the car sold on BAT and even he is wondering why it's still listed on carfax
