Hello, Im currently messing around with TunerPro and trying to learn my way around the innards of the DME. Does anyone have any ecu binary files for the 996, as well as the associated definition file? I saw Porschetech3 had uploaded a binary file for the 5.2.2 DME onto Rennlist (and I downloaded it), but Im hoping theres a definition file floating around. Ill take anything related, really. Im just trying to see what I can learn. Thanks!

Coverage and how to read this overview
Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

Keep us early build 996.1 peeps up to date. I seem to recall there was (maybe 15-20 years ago?) someone who had rewritten the 5.2.2 code with a new tune but somehow was lost over time. It'd be nice for the cable throttle guys and gals to have a potential option to remap. I only work with wrenches, not keyboards...so would be happy to pay for a possible tuning map
Im far from making any edits that are worth paying. I think there may be some vendors that offer tunes for the 5.2.2. Im pursuing this strictly for educational and personal purposes, so if I find anything I will keep you in the know.
This is a source reference. Confirm exact model applicability in the original material.
