Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

6 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

0 evidence records excluded for query context · 0 excluded by outcome qualification · 0 adjusted by outcome qualification.

0 acknowledgements have no verified action link; they do not establish a repair result.

POST 1 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

I have a new-to-me 996 and am looking for shop recommendations in the Central Florida area. The car is very clean and came with service history and receipts (including recent IMS, clutch, plugs, filters, etc). Anyway, I'm looking for local shop recommendations so I can introduce myself and the car to them. Thank you in advance. Jeremy

POST 2Original post

Hi Jeremy, Drivers Choice Motors in Longwood is a fantastic choice. Many Central FL members on this board trust them and they have a great reputation as they are factory trained certified technicians

POST 3Original post

The only one to consider is Drivers Choice. Mike, Simon, and Rob are great and very active in PCA. Rob and Simon both came from Porsche.... They are great guys.

This is a source reference. Confirm exact model applicability in the original material.
