Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

2 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

POST 1 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

I pulled the seats today to install a roll bar. I didn't complete the job but I put the seats in again anyway. I replugged the black connector under the seat and then the blue/black and white plugs at the front of the seat. The seat is moveable, but the tilt now slides the base back and forward, and sometimes up or down. the horizontal adjuster now only works by pushing forward, but that either moves the base up, or backward. Pushing down or pulling up on that swtich doesn't do anything. Tilt doesn't appear to work anymore. I have not turned the engine back on yet to see if it resets somehow. The passenger side works as normal. Only one plug there.

POST 2Original post

You plugged the connector in a little far over, unplug and move it over 2 slots. I did the same thing on mine when when I pulled the seat.
