Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

7 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

POST 1 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

I picked up a tequipment roll cage but its missing the hardware, i have found docs on the bolts so i am not to worried about those but the spacers I have not found anywhere to get them so it seems the easiest solution is to just have them made. I am looking for a mini lathe as its a good excuse to buy one but i was curious if anyone had them kicking around that they were interested in selling

POST 2Original post

. Error post. I thought I saw that Suncoast had the hardware kit but it's only for 997 and says on the page "not for the 996". https://www.suncoastparts.com/product/SKU997TEQBAR.html

POST 3 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

hmm that might work even if it says it wont, i will investigate furthur

I would be surprised if it did not work. I have taken the bar with that mounting hardware out of a 996 and put it into a 997. Not sure what would be different doing that in reverse. For $59, I would give it a try.

POST 5 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

i sent them a mail, the only thing that looks off is that the spacer is not as long as the one in the picture here but I doubt that will make much difference, I could put some washers in there to fill up that space to just be on the safe side I guess

POST 6 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

but then i would not have a reason to buy a lathe lol

Oh yeah. Sorry. I forgot the real point of the post, buying more tools!
