Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

12 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

0 acknowledgements have no verified action link; they do not establish a repair result.

POST 1 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

Work Safe, BUT...view at your own risk. Could be very disturbing to rennlisters. Video Link

POST 2Original post

That's not art...that is plain STUPIDTY and anyone that thinks that is art needs to get there head examined, seriously

POST 3Original post

Think of all the cars that are destroyed by running without oil, coolant, or by adding Slick 50 or something. At least this guy set out to kill a car and accomplished his task. The others wanted the car to live and killed it through stupidity. But that doesn't mean I wouldn't kick him in the nuts if I met him on the street.

POST 4Original post

I saw that video recently, and could not for the life of me figure out why and what was going on. I thought maybe a confiscated drug dealer car or something. But art, yeah no if that's art then I really do have no taste.

POST 5Original post

I saw the video....and where the F is the art???? Just plain stupid!! and painful. Go and f'ing paint or wood carve!! Or to the "artist" put yourself in that crusher see how you look square! Very sad!!

POST 6Original post

For me art is something that needs special skills or talent to do. That's not the case here. Destroying a piece of art what the 911 is, that's more a desecration of art than art itself. Unfortunately a frequent misunderstanding of untalented and unskilled "artists". It's especially humiliating to me that this happened in my Austrian hometown Bregenz.

POST 7Original post

The car was filthy, maybe he did rather than watch the owner abuse it any more. Whoever was maintaining it did not deserve it anyway.

Maybe he was worried that he would put some swirl marks on it if he washed it! Yeah, that's it!

POST 9Original post

Well, I will tell you that it definitely evoked a lot of emotion. It felt very nihilistic...very anti aesthetic. You know, the whole "disrespect for paternal authority" thing...I dunno - art is so subjective.

POST 10Original post

This was discussed in the Off Topic section a few weeks ago. Before people get too upset it turns out that the 997 was a prototype that Porsche was to destroy anyway.

POST 12Original post

So, I could of beat the **** out of it on the road, no reason to destroy even a prototype..... *** wads!!! They couldnt even take out the Nav!!
