Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

3 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

0 evidence records excluded for query context · 0 excluded by outcome qualification · 0 adjusted by outcome qualification.

0 acknowledgements have no verified action link; they do not establish a repair result.

POST 2Original post

I am in the process of getting my 18 inch twists with painted crest and tires ready for sale and I had the same thought. It looks like the clear coat is hazy. I've picked off the clear coat with a razor blade (wear glasses!) on similar things (hard-to-get Ferrari badges) and then re-cleared with decent success. It's a time-consuming job though.

POST 3Original post

Mine are looking a bit milky too. I was thinking touch them with a buffer and some polish to see if that clears them up.

This is a source reference. Confirm exact model applicability in the original material.
