I have been searching all over the place for GHL sound clips and have come up with nothing. There is one link on this site but the clip has been removed. Any advise would be greatly appreciated. Happy new year!

Coverage and how to read this overview
Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

yes i second that....
i have ghl's on my 2000 996. louder than stock----but then again, anything is louder than stock! including my wife's audi! nice sound, substantially quieter than fabspeed. i think that i would have liked just a few more db tho.
how would gls compare with the PSE?

Not even close.
I've driven a friends 2.7 986 with the GHL exhaust. It sounds awesome outside the car, but the resonance inside is bad enough to make your ears beg for mercy. I have not driven a 996 with a GHL, however I have PSE on my '02 and it is pure "music" inside and out!
My 996 has GHL "regular's" on it. When I got the car I had to look underneith because I didn't believe it had aftermarket headers and mufflers on it due to the lack of sound. I've actually grown to like them as they make some noise over stock and are still subtle for every day driving at the same time. However if they weren't already on the car when I got it they would not have been my first choice. Andy

By the way, are these the SAME cans you bought from trozenhorse that he CLEARLY said have 2000 miles on them? Lying is not something the guys around here take kindly to.
Attack me all you want JERSEY but you are way out of line bringing my wife into this. Think about what you just said and you will realize what a clueless person you are.
HAVE NICE LIFE DELL TALK TO SOMEONE HOW WANTS TO HERE YOU
Troll. Troll. Troll. Troll.
Not sure if this is a typo, but you say 1500 miles on the GHL. Did you not buy them from another member that had 2000 miles on them?
I really just wanted to know if anyone had any GHL sound bites for a 996. Didn't mean to start a war.
Don't worry about it - Jersey does the war starting all on his own - he doesn't need help and you had nothing to do with it.
Hasta La Vista baby!
