Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

POST 1 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

Hi everyone. Just bought my first p-car. It is a 2003 C4 cab with stick shift and 52000 km (about 32000 miles). The color is quite rare for porsche and it is called orangerrotperlcolor and is basically orange-red depending on the light. The intrior is black and the roof colour is dark blue. The car had a full PPI in germany and only 1 owner. I live in Moscow, Russia and the car is currently at the customs. Hope to get it this weekend. Can't wait. After spending a few months reading the forum, already planned some mods: PSE and a Vortex SC kit (similar to the Evo one i believe). Wanted to lower it, but i dont think the quality of the roads in Moscow is good enough for a car with 9cm clearance.

POST 2Original post

very nice car! It has always been my wifes life long dream to visit moscow. It looks as if there isnt any snow right now? I'm surprised to see the top down! Jarrod

POST 3 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

Unfortunately there is still some snow left and the temp still drops below 0c at night, so i am going to have to garage it for a few weeks to come (looking at it every day and not driving it is going to be the hardest part) Alex

POST 4Original post

Alex - Very unique car! Looks good! Is a front license plate required in Russia? If not, kill the plate bracket and contact Eric at BumperPlugs.com fo get some plugs. Enjoy!

POST 5 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

Unfortunately the front plate is required. The only option i have is to bribe the cops and get a nice plate - something like p911pp, so it doesnt spoil the look of the car )

POST 6Original post

I really like the red/orange - with the blue top, it's so strange it works!! Enjoy!!

POST 7Original post

Now that is a fantastic looking color. Very individual and distinctive. Congrats on the purchase.

POST 8Original post

Wow, Moscow. Are there many other Porsche drivers out there? I would think Porsches would be pretty rare there.

POST 9Original post

I love the color combo and I think it is the first I have seen. I love to see unique Porsches. Great choice!

POST 10Original post

That car color would be popular here in Colorado (Denver Bronco's Colors). Congrats. on he purchase and welcome aboard.

POST 11Original post

Great looking car (color) and welcome to the mod-channel........ -Eli

POST 12Original post

Welcome to the best Porsche forum on the net!! NICE car!

POST 13Original post

Great color. There is a huge differential depending on the light. You will undoubtedly enjoy!!

POST 14Original post

That color would look awesome on a Mk 1 Gt3!!!!! Very cool car and a delight to read your English.

POST 15 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

Thanks for the welcome! Glad that you've all liked the colour 1 question I already have about the SC kit - is the EVO kit based on a Vortex supercharger? because i found a shop that offer to install a Vortex based SC kit and wanted to know if it is the right one to go for. To Nutbeem: there are quite a few porsches in Moscow. I saw about 5 Gembala GTR and some RUF cars even. Here is a link to a monthly meet and dragrace that we have here http://www.supercars.ru/Gallery/2005...y.asp?item=ch2

POST 17Original post

Very cool color. I have never seen that one before! Enjoy the car.

POST 18Original post

Great supercar gallery - see, shows you how much I know about Russia, those pics could have been taken in Los Angeles. Congrats!!!
