Holy crap those guys are brutal! Now I really feel petty with some of the bickering that has happened on this forum. Us 996'ers are just down right petty compared to that. I don't feel so bad anymore.

It appears that the poster got some violent reaction to OT subjects. I'm here to learn about and share Porsche experiences, and not to get engaged in political or religious discussions. The latter more often than not lead to hostile exchanges.

Yeah, that Marc A. guy is a nut - That 964 board has gotten so strange, I hardly even check it anymore. Of course, I hardly drive the 964 any more, so it's a wash. The 964 crowd is much more DIY, and also much more european - it's a great mix, but this Marc guy from France is pretty out there. Waaaay out there. He's already quit the forum and said goodbye about 6 times, but he's back again, apparently.
