not exactly sure exactly what differences you are looking for, however the 996 GT2, TT and C4S have a different bumper facades than the 'narrow bodies, except the 996 millennium (sp?) edition also has the TT front bumper.

C2S? Was there ever a 996 C2S? I've never heard of one... C2, C4, GT3 and GT3RS are all narrow body. C4S, TT and GT2 all wide body - as you say, C4S without side vents, but with rear red reflector.
