My wing works as always - it goes up at 75mph, down at 35mph. However, now when I "get wing," I also get this lovely warning. The warning icon resets/goes away when I shut off the engine, but it is annoying. My tech hasn't plugged the car into his code reader yet, but suggested it might be a bad microswitch. Has anyone else here experienced/cured this?

Coverage and how to read this overview
Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.
2 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

I had my annual physical this AM (I'm fine, thanks for asking; BP is perfect and I dropped 5 lbs by skipping desserts). We talked cars as always - his supercharged 996 Cab is displaying the same symptoms with the same warning light popping up. As with my car, his car's wing operates 100% as it is supposed. Maybe it something in the water down here. Now we are in a competition to see who can figure it out/fix it first.
