Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

POST 1 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

Hi everyone and thanks to all of you for helping me with my questions about options and differences among the model years. I did find a Factory Aero car, one owner. Pics attached. Should be getting her at the end of next week after a few issue get taken car of (RMS and having the front bumper taken off and resprayed). Long list of options which I am happy about. LSD US M030 Traction Control Factory carbon fiber shifter and e-brake Fabspeed exhaust Sport heated seats Can't wait to get it in my driveway and do a DE. You can all a hearty laugh on this; it is at a Buick dealer, original owner was in his 70's and traded it in due to health. Thank you whoever you are for specing out a car the way I would have as well.

POST 3Original post

Very nice. I love the aero kit cars and this is optioned well. Looks very clean, what is the need for the bumper respray? Was it damage or just some chips? At least it was not a Ford dealership

POST 4 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

Thanks ! So excited to be back in a P-car after a 7 year hiatus. The front bumper has lots of stone chips. The rest of the paint is perfect. Since they are offering to take the bumper off and do it right and fix the oil leak, I should be happy. fingers crossed.

Found a few more options in additon to the ones listed above, as I decode that sticker under the hood. 571- Fog Tail light 09991- exclusive program still figuring out the rest.. None of the decoders has these yet. 09981 21542 580 696 222 236 -Thanks.

Paul, Great find buddy! I seen a few red aeros for sale also and your's is a gem. It's a bit of a curse that I'm looking for only a few select colors...makes it a lot harder on me. Best, Jack

POST 9 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

Jack, Thanks man. Crazy, I logged just over 1200 miles of driving this week alone for P-car searching. Didn't want a red car originally. But once you stand in front of it. Wife gives it the double thumbs up.

POST 10Original post

Yeah red is sweet...I'm still pretty young though and just cant risk the attention with another red sports car. Will need to stay neutral for now. I'm happy you found a car that'll make you happy...and so quick too! I've been looking for a while now!

POST 11Original post

VERY Nice and a good choice of color! As I am bias on this subject.

POST 12Original post

Some possibilities (can't attest to accuracy): 580 - Non-smoker package 696 - AM/FM w/CD 222 - Traction Control

POST 14Original post

Nice car. What is the deal with the Porsche decal on the fenders? Seems like an odd choice for a 70 year old. This is fully premoded car, including the side markers. I hope I am still into moding cars when I am 70. I think one of the options listed is the rear wiper!

POST 15 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

Yetis, Thought the same thing. 70 year old with Porsche Motorsports decals on the sideskirts and on the windshield. Talked to the Porsche Dealer where the car is serviced and all the techs knew about the "old" guy with the red aero car. I have no idea who this man is, but he must be a true P-car nut to order a car with the go-fast parts. I know that I am taking the decal from the windshield off right away. Not sure about the small ones on the side skirts.

POST 16Original post

Paul Dis regard the PM. I found it. Very nice. Exactly like mine except for the interior and wheels. Good luck with it. I just turned 38K and car runs great. I had the RMS done under warranty and so far so good. Other than that the car has been perfect except for the check engine light last week but that has been taken care of.....It just went away !!!!!!!! For now anyway.

POST 17Original post

Paul, Congrats on the purchase. Love the red.. Great to have that feeling of a kid again when driving it.
