Ok I cant lock My door and it stay locked. If I lock my door with the key I can hear the motor in both doors activate, Then about 2 seconds later it makes the noise again and the horn beeps twice like I have turned the alarm off. and the door is unlocked again. Its like the alarm is finding a fault and wont let me lock both doors. If I lock the doors from inside on the dash it works fine.

Coverage and how to read this overview
Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

Does the window drop function normally? E.g., when the door is open and you release the handle, does the window stay dropped? Does it return once the door is closed?

That's not a common problem. A Durametric may help you pinpoint the fault.
There are several microswitches on the door latching mechanism and it is painful to try to find out which one is causing a problem. I would suggest finding a buddy with Durametric that will scan the car and tell you the specific code/item that is causing the security system problem. Or, take it to a dealer for a scan with PIWIS (Porsche system tester). Might cost you a few bucks, but my feeling is you will be chasing ghosts for a long time without knowing what specific module in the security system is wonky.
